Shipping/Delivery
HalalSquare serves Malaysia (this includes Sabah & Sarawak), Singapore and Brunei. We will keep you informed if HalalSquare has been extended to countries. Product(s) ordered will be shipped within fourteen (14) days using courier service from the verification/approval of your payment. HalalSquare employs the most economical shipping charge rate by HalalSquare’s official third party forwarder depending on the product weight and shipment distance. HalalSquare does not take any responsibility in all custom related issues.

Privacy & Security
HalalSquare does not sell your information to any third party. All information given to HalalSquare is strictly confidential.

3.
Returns & Replacements
Requests for return of products can only be made within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the products based on the Merchant's or delivery agent’s records, and only where the products delivered are damaged or defective upon delivery or do not correspond with the order made. Returns however will not be made or will be made subject to additional charges, where the Product(s) failure to correspond with the order made by you is due to your failure to provide accurate or complete instructions with regards to your purchase order.

All Products approved by HalalSquare are to be returned to the respective Merchant must be securely packaged and wrapped.  The delivery cost for the return of the Products shall be borne by you. All Products returned shall be exchanged with a Product of the same description in the Purchase Order.

A refund in relation to a returned Product will only be made where the Merchant has no more stock of the returned Product.

Currency
All transactions on the HalalSquare are for orders of products and/or services affected in Malaysia and in respect of local deliveries, Singapore and Brunei only. All transactions are to be conducted and payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), unless otherwise indicated.

Ordering
Your order is final.

Payment

Currently, you can pay to us using one of  the following Payment Methods:-

b)    Fax to 03-4256 8990 the bank-in slip together with your order number and your HalalSquare login id.

 

2)     MEPS CASH

a)     Select product(s) that you want to purchase, add it into the shopping cart.

b)    Confirm your order by clicking the checkout button

c)     Select MEPS Cash as the payment selection.

d)    Put it your MEPS Cash enabled card (MyKad, Bankard, MEPS Cash card) into the card reader.

 

3)     MB2U Payee

a)     Place your order at HalalSquare website. 

b)    Select Maybank2U Payee as the payment selection.

c)     Login to Maybank2U.com website.

d)    Select Fitos (HalalSquare/HalalSquare) as the Payee under the Payee list.

e)     Enter your order number.

f)     Print/save your successful transcript. 

g)    Fax/email us your successful transcript for us to process your order.   Fax to 03-4256 8990 or email to HalalSquare@pernec.com.my.  Please contact our Customer Care Centre for any enquiries.

NOTE:

The price displayed is final at the time of sale.

Viewing Orders
Buyers will be able to view his/her orders performed via HalalSquare order history page.
8.
Updating Account Information
Buyer is responsible to update his/her account information, this includes any change of address and telephone numbers.
